Busting Myths: 'Pay off Debt - Your Birth Certificate is Worth Millions'

We're busting myths and today, and discussing an unusual way people are trying to pay their bills and other debts - using popular conspiracy theories to access "secret" Treasury Direct Accounts.

STRAWMAN/REDEMPTION CONSPIRACY

▶︎Brief history / Asserts the federal government granted a birth certificate (name in all caps - the "straw man" - also on social security, taxes, etc) and that the US government has "secret" trust accounts linked to each citizen. (Been used to avoid taxes; taxpayer claims they're not responsible for tax obligation of "straw man")

BIRTH CERTIFICATE
▶︎Asserts the birth certificate "bond" created when you were born that prepays all of your debts. (US government declared bankruptcy in 1933 when the country went off the gold standard. Claims that the bankrupt country, in an effort to prevent foreclosure, pledged all Americans to “International Bankers” as collateral for the national debt. As a result, we are all slaves, and our birth certificates are traded on the markets as bonds worth millions.)
▶︎The IRS has categorized "redemption", "strawman", and "Bond Fraud" under Scams and Safety.

SOCIAL SECURITY
▶︎Claims you can access your "secret trust" aka your "TDA" or Treasury Direct Account using your social security number and Federal Reserve routing number.
▶︎"Individuals do not have accounts at the Federal Reserve.The Federal Reserve provides banking services only for banks. Individuals do not have accounts at the Federal Reserve." - Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta
▶︎"Law enforcement, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), is aware of this scheme, and the Federal Reserve Banks, including the New York Fed, have been cooperating with law enforcement in their investigations. Individuals who participate in such schemes could face criminal charges." - Federal Reserve Bank of New York

POSSIBLE OUTCOMES:
▶︎Those who have already tried these fraudulent forms of paying debt have already learned that it does not work. Federal Reserve Banks do not hold individual accounts, so your "payment" will be reversed or rejected and when it is, you will not only still owe the debt, but likely have incurred additional fees and may even have been sued, making yourself a candidate for wage garnishment or levy.
▶︎You will see claims that it worked in comment threads and such, but no real, long-term proof has ever been shown, to my knowledge.
▶︎In addition, you may find yourself slapped with hefty fees, fines and penalties, under FBI investigation, arrested and/or charged with a crime.

But what he isn’t telling us is that our birth certificates are being trading on the US stock market and if that is the case then I believe we are entitled to that money! Having a birth certificate as a ‘legal fiction’ we are expected to pay taxes etc but they are able to actually make money on our name without us knowing! This has been going on since the 1930’s

The point is not to try and take "ownership" of the legal entity created with your name, the goal is to realize that an illegal transaction was administrated on you from the time you were born, once you learn that you don't have a written contract with your government then lawfully you are free. Unless your government can show proof they own you which they can't. Then that's the last chess move you will ever need to play. Taxes, drivers licenses, control and dictatorship all it dissolves away, because NONE of it is legal. The biggest scam ever perpetrated on man is convincing him that he needs to abide by the governments laws.

So I'm looking at my great grandfather's social security card.. he was born in 1913.. His card is metal and where his number appears it says "Account number" not social security number... but you're saying there is no account.... So why does it say account number...?

I was in Ohio prison system. There was a youngster using the federal law library to get them to dismiss and drop all charges brought upon him. He did succeed. But he, got a huge pay out from the government as a citizen. He is a corporation of the United States, from my understanding. He wasn’t legally allowed to tell others how to legally start the process. It was neat watching him do all the work an papers an it be worth it for him…..I didn’t ever think about people trying it nowadays. Should be way way easier to figure it out

There was a guy that went to court and proved the bank didn't lend him any funds to buy a home. He was able to prove the money was created out of thin air, which it is, and therefore he couldn't owe what was never given to him, as it wasn't real property.

Just because the FTC or the FBI is saying something on their website doesn’t send a wave of reassurance or trust in those organizations anymore. Their reputations are not that stellar anymore.

Honestly, I would just like someone to prove their claim of the Cesti Que Vie trust or Minor estate account even existing? Supposedly it comes from the Public charitable trust that creates a bond from your birth certificate when you're born and traded on the open bond market as a security. I have personally looked up many FOIA request, and federal district court cases. The response these people are getting is that their claims are fictitious, and no such account exist. There is a very large movement in our nation right now. 22 million strong of American State Nationals who would beg to differ.

Governments do raise magic money through QE and bonds based on citizens estimated future tax worth.
We pay into a collective account which is then used to pay the principle and interest on government bonds.
Like you said, there's no individual credit account. The whole system is debt based. The only thing thats in credit is our time and labour that we exchange for their worthless money.

If you do the proper paper work, you can actually get your bills paid. The people that went to jail did not do their paper work correctly.
