That is a scene where Black Adam kills all of the wizards except one is left.That one last wizard was the one who give Billy Batson his powers soon after the last wizard's brothers and sisters where been slade by Black Adam where they made a big mistake giving the powers to him and one of them gets killed by him.

Teth-Adam was a man who lost his wife and had his son save him from death. His son dies from an arrow, and he sought only one thing that matters to most people in their time of grief. He wanted to destroy his enemies even if it was the wrong thing to do.
