the slow mo consistency makes no sense, he can move fast enough to stop a bullet, yet the guy has time to put on a crown. If he can travel faster than a bullet, the guy with the gun wouldn't even have time to react if he went after him.

I like that the gun was 2 feet from the kids head, yet he still had time to turn his head before the bullet got close. Hollywood always underestimates how fast bullets travel

so he saves the kid by stopping a bullet then exploding right next to the kid which would have eviscerated him? sometimes you just gotta stop and say 'hey will this make sense maybe we should try something else!'

See this and remember the quicksilver scene (xmen days of future past) in the pentagon, how the bullets moved with respect to the shooter and victim, then there is this movie that between the bullet leaving the gun and reaching the child, the other guy dropped the gun and put the crown in his head and the other guy turned his head at the speed of the bullet.
