I have a query my Hikvision dome camera no longer records to ivms 4200 ? I have a DS-2CD2132F-IS.
It only works in real time no recording or capture.
I have looked for an update for the camera dont seem to be one can you help?

Hi do you need them two green connections for audio
Mine doesn’t have them on a different brand for the audio it goes threw the cat cable

Which colorvu 4mp for outdoor over front door way? the dome is lower profile great but is glare or reflection an issue? is the dome or turret better for outdoor use? which one give the better day/night picture quality between them?

Hi m8 quick question on my phone whilst I'm home and in the vicinity of my router alls ok but when I leave the house all my cams on hik connect have no connection and go down is there any advice or a remedy you could help me with also I have mo notifications comin through at all there's not even the symbol for it on my airpad or phone

Great video. Will be purchasing the 8mp version. I noticed that it has a microphone and you mentioned audio input/output do hikvision have an external speaker so you can use this at the front door assuming you can't be heard through the camera. Replacing a ring system. Thanks
