4. PATH, environment variables and finding programs | Linux Essentials

In this, the fourth video in my mini series on Linux essentials, I cover 2 topics of what I believe are the most useful things to know when using the Linux CLI.

We look at what PATH is, why it works the way it does, what environment variables are and how to find the location of programs/utilities on your system.

For eagle eyed viewers, you'll notice that when I show my PATH list at the start, /home/pi/ is already present. This is only there because I had tested my tutorial before recording my video and hadn't restarted my terminal!. Normally, home/pi isn't in PATH by default!
