Hi, thanks for reaching out. You can change the temperature scale of the unit by performing the following.
1. Press and hold Menu (center) for approximately 3 seconds to enter advanced menu.
2. 125 will appear on the top of the screen, press the - button to change the number below of 125 to 0.
3. Select done to save.

I moved in a home that already had a T6 installed. When I try to access it via the app it says- This thermostat is already registered to another account. How do I get around this?

I cannot access the permanent/temporary hold function on my T4 thermostat. When I hit the + or - it does not give me the option. What can I do?

The worst instructions by all men & women. Put on screen each step by each unit. Not all manuals give the full steps. PRO1 T-701 is a family own operated as Honeywell Home T1 PRO. Extremely awful units ever created.

Absolute piece of shit product. Had it for 3 months and the air will not turn on at all and the smaller number at the top will not go below 83 while the big number in the middle stays at 87. Customer service number on the back in no help at all.
