Double hops. If I was having my people do it, I would probably be emphasizing posture and the dorsiflexion and front side leg position. The athlete is holding that position a little longer, which helps them emphasize it, and also holds it longer for coaches analysis.

a skip has 1 jump on one foot then jumps on two feet and then switches legs
a exchange has two jump and then two feet jump and everything else is the same as a skip

A-exchange is more sharp, like a robot.

A-skip is more smooth.

Double tap /step before/after the hop up on the right side and singe step/tap on the left? Is it better for your knees to go up higher /like should we be trying to do the left and not the right? Or are these just 2 different ways to warm up?
