The crazy thing about it is that if you listen to something while your asleep your likely to dream about it at the same time, great for fixing nightmares, but also what your listening to enters your subconscious mind and you actually learn more and it stays for longer too, your memory retains the information, so if your studying for an exam go to sleep listening to the next level of your learning and you’ll pass your current level with an A, or a first in your degree ! X
