My buddies reaction to ultron being a support was "how tf they gonna pull that off?!" And it looks like they did a good job with it just baised off the overview. The biggest thing they can do to get people to want to try other roles is put popular heroes in those roles.

Mr Fantastic seems like he might be another one of those cases where they mentioned attempting to blur the lines between roles. Maybe he's classified as a duelist due to a lower health pool in his basic state, but will be able to "offank" once he's built up?
