What makes this great to me, is that it comes from someone in tech not HR. Two things I agree the most are: accepting imperfections and being kind to oneself. Sounds contrary, but for a laid-back person, I can become overly critical on many things, myself included. Habits/tendencies do not go away easily, but I can at least be more mindful of it. Thanks!
