I’ve been studying this video and your PARA video to rebuild my life systems the last two weeks. I love it! I have seen so much online but this seems so practical, real, adjustable and attainable. So excited to continue building my own systems with these tips!

I love the 3 buckets for the morning because it is so adjustable to anyone. I think of someone that wants to become a stay at home mom, their mastery can be as simple as learning recipes or researching home made medicine for example.

14:27 this has been the biggest change for me after having my second kid. It initially caused a bit of trouble in relationships until they adjusted to me suddenly saying no and not volunteering for things, but it has been best for everyone in the end because I’m not a cranky mess 24/7 😂

I want to get into using ur planner and the program….. I am worried that I will keep pushing off the 45 mins review on Friday like urself. Sometimes Friday is ok .. sometimes Friday is not…. I have trouble sticking to routines. I skip things when I have something urgent to do like picking up my husband from the train station Bec his lost his keys…… when we have ADHders. Any advise how to compensate those? My job is to support my family members… and many things are often “unexpected and movements in the schedules”.
