Clearvue Rain Repellent | Turtle Wax

Turtle Wax ClearVue Rain Repellent is a solvent based glass treatment which will dramatically improve all-weather visibility, safety and ease of driving especially in wet conditions. Clear silicone and solvent enriched formula coats the glass with a transparent film that repels rain, sleet and snow. Once the water hits the treated glass, it will bead and wick away. How to Apply:
• Step1: Wash glass and allow to dry
• Step 2: Moisten a clean, soft cloth with the formula
• Step 3: Wipe the cloth over the dry glass using a circular, over-lapping motion
• Step 4: Allow to dry to a haze then repeat step
• Step 5: Remove the second haze by sprinkling the surface with water
• Step 6: Dry using a paper kitchen towel until the glass is clear and sparkling

Going to try this out. The RainX formula seems to have been watered-down; it doesn't last nearly as long and it used to be difficult to wipe off.

Cut the straw… To fit the bottle
Spray on the windscreen instead of
Apply on paper or cloth🤷🏼‍♂️

I used to like the Turtlewax version that came as a glass cleaner with rain repellent mixed in, about 10 years ago but now discontinued. I might mix this into a 1/4 bottle of glass cleaner for easier application ;)

I seem to get a haze like appearance when my cars wipers are used, unfortunately they are automatic so cant be turned off, any advice?

Great stuff you get a lot more than Rain-X but I think Rain-X last a little bit longer on each application but for the amount you get not bad product

If you rub this on your face you won’t get wet in the rain lol. I get the same result using glass polish !!
