Putting in my share regarding keeping the vulva clean, lol. After watching a few gynecologist videos and what soap they recommend, be sure to read the label. Look for soaps and washes that are "fragrance free" not "unscented". When a product is "unscented", it means there is a masking fragrance in the product to "mask" the smell of the other ingredients in the product. Those who have super sensitive skin like me, I like to use the Dove Fragrance Free bar or the Aveeno Fragrance Free body wash. In a pinch, I've used the Cerave Foaming Face wash (also fragrance free). Hope this helps someone out.

what I do to personally smell good is I do the triple scent method:

1. Wash my body with a scented body wash of my liking
2. I put lotion all over my body in the same scent
3. Spray myself with a perfume in the same scent

I really love this method because it makes me smell AMAZING!

Never tried a feminine wash down there, because I've always used a Dove white bar soap and it works fantastic. My mom and my daughter also use the Dove soap and we all smell clean and fresh without irritation. 😉👌 Bonus is it's super affordable!

a few tips i learned:

-apple cider vinegar bath. great for utis, cleans you up well

-secret spray deodorant sucks 💀 it smells good but it will not last you especially if you a sweaty/odor type of girlll

-girl. rinse ur mouth WELL after you brushhh 😭 if you dont its gonna build up and just smell even worse, especially when you first wake up

-dont sleep with wet hair, and dry your clothes asap after washing them because 1. it could mold, not extremely likely but it happens. 2. you are going to smell musty or even like cat p1ss 😭

-not necessary, but double washing. no this doesnt require more product, you can cut your usual amount in HALF and just apply it twice just to help make sure you get everything. goes with shampoo too, do NOT use more product tho, as i said, because it will dry your scalp out babe. it foams up better the second time and really gets rid of excess oil and helps exfoliate and get the blood flowing.

-perfume on pressure points. wrists, behind ears, etc. and girl, this may seem weird to say, but if you bout to get SPICY w someone, you can apply to your ankles and thighs, yk, just you smells good if someone goes down 😭

-self explanatory but please clip your toenails 😭 a huge reason why people can have smelly feet is them toenails. it collects EVERYTHING. wash your feet. change your socks. CUT THEM NAILS!! (not too short on the sides tho bae, ingrown toenails HURT)

Another great alternative to an aluminum free deodorant is actually the ordinary brand’s glycolic acid toner it kills the bacteria that makes your armpits stink and it really works and you don’t get any white marks on clothes which is awesome and it also can help tone darker armpits I use it as a complete deodorant replacement and my armpits never stink !

the dove unscented (the label name is Dove Sensitive) is the top tier of 😺 washes!!!! Like its the one that started it all!!! And the dove unscented (sensitive) body wash is just the exact same the baby dove that's unscented is just as dove that's unscented!!!! Cetaphil has an unscented bar too, so does CeraVe, and so does Aveeno so yes ma'am any of those unscented bars are gonna be your best u don't use an unscented soap/body wash down there then make sure it's an actual feminine wash that's 100% washes that are made specifically for vagina are slightly scent ARE okay if they are 100 %ALL NATURAL....but just from experience I would most recommend the basic Dove sensitive (unscented) in either bar or body wash seem to keep it the freshest to me.

That's one of the best and most honest videos on self care. It's ok to see people in the shower using their products it's much more important to spend some time on giving some advice like you do, especially for younger viewers. I agree that the Victoria's Secret lotions are so overestimated. I love body mists too. I used to believe they do nothing but then I realized perfume is a bit too much sometimes. Cloud though is one of my few favorite perfumes. Everything you said about deodorant and female hygiene shows you've really searched it and you're probably so experienced on the perfect shower routine... Girl I really loved your advice and I agree to everything you said. Thank you so much for the amazing tips. I'll definitely try most of them ❤️❤️❤️
