Finally, someone made a point and emphasized the huge importance of tonque hygiene. What works for me is that after I brush my teeth, I take a tongue brush, put toothpaste on it to clean it, rinse it out and follow by a minty mouthwash. DA BEST! Love that freshness!🫶🏼

instead of just a tongue scraper, get an orabrush, it brushes your tongue so much more thoroughly than a toothbrush and has a built-in tongue scraper on the reverse and is like $4
