Seller target question—>> What wording (relatively quick sentence) would you use, as a special service offered, if u have been co-owner if a successful, local, custom home building business for 21 years? I’m not a builder but I design plans, decorate homes and market the hell out of them?

But what if you still haven't had many closings? Or can't specifically say which problems you solve because you haven't solved many yet? I wouldn't want to fabricate something but at the same time, how can I sell myself in those instances?
