My takeaways:
- 111 Framework: The way to differentiate from the others is to use the *specific knowledge* in the specific niche(or subniche) for a specific person in that niche to solve their problems in specific way.

- Premium Pricing Formula: The amount of pricing reflects by the *specific knowledge that you possess vs. number of people having that specific knowledge.*

My goals are to become a full time Ghostwriter, eventually starting an agency. The reason I want to join PGA is to internalize the process, principles, ways to progress in Ghostwriting especially from the maestros of the Online Writing.

Awesome video! 🔥My biggest takeaways were:

1) Differentiating yourself is key. To do this, you must become a specialist for 1 specific problem for 1 specific person in 1 specific way. This will set you apart from all competition.

2) The easiest way to position yourself to charge premium pricing is to be VERY SPECIFIC about what problem you solve, for who, and how.

3) Being clear on this framework will allow you to succeed online.

It would be awesome to participate in the PGA program to learn the necessary skills to be a successful ghostwriter.

The biggest takeaway is that life/marketing can be unintuitive. To get more clients, it's better to hyperfocus to solve one problem for one specific type of person in one particular way. Doing this makes us stand out. Normally, people tend to be too broad, trying to solve everyone's problems. This makes them like everybody else.

I love the ship 30 for 30 example. I can also see that it applies for PGA; PGA targets ghostwriters that have problems getting clients, showing specific ways to get them.

The biggest "aha" moment for me was when you explained how crafting sales scripts around the benefits a product or service provides, rather than just listing features, is so much more effective at engaging and motivating potential customers.

Great video! My biggest takeaways were:

1. Solve one specific problem (niching down): Being too broad in any business minimizes your ability to land clients leading to low income because you chose to become the Mr. I know it all

2. Solving a specific problem for specific type of person you makes niche down again which means you know more about that group of people than your competitors.

Seems to me like the core idea of the framework is to be super specific in what you do to identify your clients, is like a holy grail for one person

Revenue = Domain expertise/supply
The more of an expert you are and the less others can compete with you in your field, the more you can charge.
