Shifu. I just purchased this download. I am 47 and an Eagle Claw Student in Chicago for the past 8 years. Still very inflexible I'm afraid. I am certain your program will jump start my daily flexibility training. Much respect.

I just finished basic training in the army and now I'm in still in my initial entry training doing my advanced individual training,

Anyway, my body has sustained lots of pain from discipline and instilling military bearing.
There's lots of stretches we learn here but this here, as guided instruction is the best thing ever.
I love qi gong.
I love shaolin arts.
I really enjoyed this download.
It was worth it.
My favorite part is holding the side kick, it's great for hip stability.
And also this was amazing for my hamstrings, God I really needed that. 😄😅🤣

Pause at 00:19 and look at the scoliosis he has. He must be going through tremendous pain every day of his life. I would not be surprised if he tells us about the history of back injuries once and for all.
