🔥Equipment: You'll need yoga blocks, a yoga mat, an open wall, and a foam roller to follow along. Let's get bending! 🌀

Foam rolling for your back and glutes 🌀

🤸 Mobility :
Spinal roll downs 🧍‍♀️x8
Pendulum swings 🎐x8

💪 Strength Builders:
Hyperextensions 🦋x8
Hyperextension holds ⏱️10seconds

🧘‍♂️ Deep Stretches:
Cobra stretch 🐍hold 30seconds
Fold up pose 🌿hold 30 seconds
Counter stretch after each stretch by going into a small ball and rounding your back like a cat.

🎯 Tricks & Tips:
