Q. at 3:54:07, Yes sir the court has power to issue order simultaneously with the issue of proclamation u/s 83(1), but only in immediate attachment within 10 days, where court is satisfied by affidavit, that the person is about to dispose or about to remove property whole or any part From Local jurisdiction of court. So in my view the correct answer would be (B) if there's no such circumstances. Correct me if I'm wrong.

at 2:30:27, kindly correct the section . its not section 65 but section 30 of crpc which talks about sentence of imprisonment in default of fine.
