For J&K, it's CrPC 1973 only. earlier it was Ranbir Penal Code which got repealed with the abrogation of Art. 370 of Constitution of India.

V excellent . I think u should hv introduce Chapterwise CR.P.C. first n then elaborate it . U hv exactly done opposite. While elaborating also u should hv given sections also. This is just my opionion but otherwise really good try. 👍👍

Method of getting the remedy is given by procedural law .... which talks about the procedure of the courts to get remedy that is crpc
