Thankyou for this brilliant introduction to CRPC sir! it is a privilege to understand how the criminal proceedings take place section by section! I have a question if you may be pleased to answer: what if when a chargesheet is filed where the magistrate sees that the police officer has formed charge incorrectly. can he direct the police officer to revise or amend such chargesheet before issuing process? especially if this has bearing as to which court has jurisdiction to try the offence?
