4:56 - The clips starts as the other car is swerving around the barrel, for starters (not uncommon for people submitting video knowing they're in the wrong). There is no "I may or may not have been too close". You were definitely too close. A 5 lane highway would have a speed limit of 45-55 mph, you were following literally 1 second behind the car. That's all on you. Congrats for getting on YouTube and showing everyone what reckless driving is.

@3:31 in my state at least, that could have been pinned on you. His wheels were in the intersection before that light turned red. It is the duty of the person turning to ensure an intersection is clear (and will remain clear) before continuing.
