I am in 9th class and I still have a lot of stories and ideas
and I won't let me down
LOVE YOUR CONTENT BRO
but the video doesn't means that we can't make our career in animation industry
bcz this industry is a ocean there is a lot of stuff to explore
But the thing is the boundaries of society bcz they never understand what we want to do
they are just satisfied from a normal average job
ALRIGHT shayad yeh COMMENT AAP padne bhi nhi wale ho
lekin dil ki bhadas nikal di

Bhai i also did a course in prime focus as digital paint artist and then I was sent to Mumbai for internship on a very low pay cheque and the work culture there was very harsh 3 rotating shifts and working on Sundays and all we did was labour work no creativity at all will regret this experience for the rest of my life. After that I gave resignation there and now running my own editing and VFX studio and also focusing on YouTube like you Hope we'll collaborate sometime soon ❤️

Bhai maine bhi VFX Animation ka course kiya tha. Private couching center me. Aur course complete hone ke baad pune me job placement mil gayi, first company me salary sirf 9000rs mili thi, aur pressure itna jyada dete the ki kya batau, 12-15hr tk kam krna pdta tha, 6months ke baad maine company change kr di, aur vaha pr salary mili 13000rs. Pr vaha pr bhi time bahut jyada extend hota tha, subah 9 baje studio jate the aur rat ke 1-2 baje room pr aate the, main ye time extension aur kam ka pressure bilkul bhi sah nhi saka. Aur maine VFX industry se hi quit kr diya. Ek baat to aap ne sahi bol di, india me animation couching center bahut hi basic knowledge sikhate hai, fees jitni jyada hoti hai, uska 40-50% bhi dhang se nhi sikhate.

The main Problem in India animation is budget, we can't deny in foreign they can afford best technology to make there animation best of the best and also they can produce, invest and advertise there projects more than India Animation Projects .

The fact that indian parents nowadays think that animation should be cartoonish and not dark and layered, (the recent example is indian people outrage against Naruto for being dark and violent) which is why indian animation is becoming just goofy entertainment rather than being emotional or layered . I mean it's ok that there is no need for childrens watching dark element but atleast try to make it productive ( the one prime ex . Can be one piece, it is both funny and dark )

I've started Animation when I was 13 and now, I'm 17 and in 12th.
As you Said I've Many Stories in My Mind Just waiting for 12th completion.
But I'm Confused Right now, Cuz My family Background is Also Middle Class and If this is the reality of institutes Then I Don't Want to Waste My Time.

I can relate the 100% placement, there is never ending placement but if you go to institute never go there for placement, your motive should be knowledge idea technique and pipeline so that u can express your own thoughts into animation

Indian audience is a big problem also, we say we want stuff to be made in india and when get it, we don't like it. Brahamastra is a good example.

Just imagine a Raj comics animated universe just like Bruce timm's DCAU and yostverse. It can help the animated shows a lot in India.

Just telling one of my friends brother who's also a freelance animater just learn animation through online/yt in 2+ year and earning average 2 lakhs per month's also started there own startup. And gained a project worth 20cr. Different between college and online you know what to do.

Very well explained! All the points mentioned are completely true! I still remember when they annaounced 'Roadside Romeo' - being the "The 3d animated movie to produce in India", all it did was show the unpolished (but potential) skill set and audience marketing. The other that comes to mind which is actually good, but had a lot of struggle in making was 'Bombay Rose'.

We have been making short films for more than 7 years and unfortunately can't find a viable audience or profit making way.
