Sir, Thank you very much for this video...I m a big fan of your videos...and planning to take a course...i came across a situation in my new project where client mgr is of the opinion that scrum team is self sufficient they have good rapport with PO, they don't need SM at all...not sure what risks involved in this..

This is scenario, there is only 10 days of sprint and on 11th day value needs to be delivered, As a Scrum Master how you will approach and take actions from Day 1 to Day 10 ? How you will plan and do things.

I have a same question on this.. question is like what will you do if you will be hired for a complete different environment like technology where you need to be along with scrum master you need be a technical expert too. please suggest

As a SM do can he reduce the no of Scrum meeting especially Story telling/pointing session which is 1 hr everyday for the upcoming 1-2 sprints? We have a Onshore PO who drives this call and team reviews story/Bug and using planning poker tool for estimation. What is the approach we can take to reduce frequency of this call? Our Velocity is ~65.

Some of these scenarios, one should use common sense and do what is best for the team. There is not an one answer fits all.
