How to Interview Scrum Masters

Just a casual video talking about how to interview Scrum Masters. I could write a guide for you of how to do it (or how to pass an interview), but that's not the point of this video.
I just want to give you ideas and point you in the right direction. After all, it all depends on the person you are interviewing or the one interviewing you. There is not one-size-fits-all solution here.

Hi Daria, one question I recently faced in my interview is- "How will you handle a situation when someone's Reporting Manager (who is a senior guy) wants to join Retro meetings but the team member is not comfortable in speaking anything in front of him."
