I have a confession... My pets don't like cold, rainy weather, so when they want to go outside, they're forced to endure the Winter weather for 0.001 milliseconds before coming back inside. I failed them when I deliberately chose not to control the weather to their liking.

My cat loves to be carried. I thought it would be cute to train him to raise up when I tapped my shoulders and I would pick him up. He now tells me he wants picked up constantly. Sometimes I have to cook or do things I'd rather not have his assistance with. If I haven't held him long enough and try put him somewhere else he likes, like a cat tree, he gets very upset and clings to me. I have failed to offer him the support he needs. I'm a terrible human.

We adopted a Boxer from Texas and live in Idaho. The first time he went into the snow we didn't immediately move to Texas, and he endured a cold, snowy winter. 😅

I have a confession... Sometimes when my puppy comfortably sleeps across the bed, and I'm tired, I gently put her to the side instead of moving to the floor where my place is. I have sinful thoughts like wanting to get under my blanket or put my head on the pillow when she occupies it... and I often act on it. I'm scared there might be no redemption for a person like me.

I guess I should admit. I made my kitten get off my lap so I could get up and feed his big brother and him some wet food. If it helps, he did want the food.

It was raining outside when I went to check the mail and my cat wanted to come with but once she was out, she started crying about the rain and pawing at the door to get back in....
but I was already walking down the driveway towards the mailbox, so she had to wait a few moments till I got back...

Yeah.. I have a whippet... the look of reproach gor the sky leaking on his ears... and not getting his blanket back over him in ten seconds at 4 in the morning is a sight to be seen
