It works and works well. I converted film from my childhood 1963 to 1972 and it worked fine. After converting them I used Luminar Neo to improve the quality.

I have this unit. It works pretty well. WB often needs some adjustment. Detail is ok, and is quite quick to work with. It is not as good as using a DSLR, macro lens and software like Negative Lab Pro or SmartConvert, but is much quicker and provides quite useable images.
