Just a couple of centuries ago, some of the most famous people were getting married at 14, 15, and 16 years of age. There is nothing new here, this is world history. Excellent video for referencing to anyone who has similar questions. Just to add to Dr. Imran's point at 35:26, precocious puberty is puberty before the age of 8 for girls and 9 for boys. The onset of puberty changes due to many different factors, this is well documented and studied in reproductive biology.

He constantly moves the goalposts. @20:40 he says he considers large age difference marriages is child abuse biologically. But he started the conversation saying he agrees with the principle of presenting and doesn't judge the past. And only wants to focus on the psychology. Here you can see he shifts his position to try to show Abbas as "wrong". People need to learn to be consistent and just say oh ok, I take what you say, I will go away and reflect. Not switch positions to "win the debate"
