For me it says Hardware device and driver checks has passed, does this mean that my GPU and CPU are not failing? However my systems server check has failed

(READ THIS IF YOUR REPORT WON'T LOAD) wait i figured it out so when you run the command it doesn't open the data reports place and stays still but it still dose a report you just have to type performance monitor open it go reports, system, system diagnostics then each one of your command runs you do will be logged there by date. also ps performance monitor and resource monitor are different. also i did more digging and you can just do everything in computer management FOR THE MOST PART sept literally the only thing that performance monitor lets you do that computer management doesn't already have in there is literally a graph of performance but resource monitor is a way different thing. there's 2 different tests there's system diagnosis and system performance. to do these tests you go under system in computer management or performance monitor and there be like 2 cube boxes with the name of each when you click on either one you will click more options in the top right then click start to start it. system diagnosis is the one in the video which is just better sense the performance test just gets rid of details that are already in the system diagnosis. then to check them go to reports, system then which report you did just click on the thing and click on the report/test you want to look at. kinda weird how they have it set up because when you start up the RUN it just dosen't take you anywhere and i think when they change the layout of the program they didn't bother checking the old RUN command for the program anyways am done almost. i have had been having issues with blue screens for like 2 hours straight for one day each like 10-15 days and also lag spikes at no where but I hope this helps ik everyone here is like from a million years ago but idk but am going fr this time.

One of my basic system checks failed. But it doesn’t say what the problem is

It kept loading then my pc crashed with the kernel system failure message.
Last time something like this was happening i took out my ram and put it back and it started working fine but i wasnt that lucky this time...
I wonder what part of the pc could be failing

I have a very weird problem and couldnt find anyone with the same problem and no solution. My pc freezes and i only get a new picture every 1-3 second (very slow), my mouse can move normally but if i click something it open with a long delay cuz i only get 1 frame every 1-3 seconds. This happens anytime (gaming, watching youtube etc.). Only solution i could find was restarting the pc manually. The problem used to only happen once every 2-3 weeks or so, but the last days i had it and today twice.

The "CPU" rating for the system is poor
The "Gaming graphics" rating for the system is poor
The "Memory" rating for the system is very poor
