These settings totally messed up the color on my game and distorted the image massively. I just restored all settings to default, now everything is working fine.

You generally want V-Sync + G-Sync ON and Low Latency Mode set to Ultra. What this does is cap frames just below your monitor's refresh rate so you're always in G-Sync. Enabling Nvidia Reflex in games will override LLM on Ultra since it's newer tech.

For anyone wondering, V-SYNC + G-SYNC has to be enabled in nvidia control panel, not ingame for it to work.

For those not knowing.When having a gsync monitor. Vsync needs to be on.thats the only way gsync really works + low latency on or ultra. Mine is on ultrz because i thought i saw it on a detail gsync tutorial to cap fps to gsync monitor or something

Thanks for the update. For Power Management Mode, I have Optimal Power, Adaptive and Prefer maximum performance. It's Optimal Power by default so I'm guessing this is the "Normal"?

Nvidia App will not install on my system, but I'm running 2 x GTX1080TI's in SLI on Triples at 5760x1080.

If you use DLSS in any games, i would consider settings Negative LOD bias to "allow" vs clamp. As it can interfere with how specific games handle LOD's and cause flickering and a few other issues.
