2025* Toyota RAV4 | Night-Time Review (LED Headlights, Pulse, etc).

Welcome back guys! Here’s my nighttime review of the 2019-2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid.

* My RAV4 actually ended up being a 2024 model year. 2025s are already being produced but since they’re 99% identical in most of the global markets to the previous 2022-2024 model years I opted to choose a Japan built example that met all of my desired criteria at invoice rather than a different one initially closer to MSRP. I will likely be referencing mine at least in video titles as a 2025 in efforts to provide more relevant information to those currently searching for 2025 testing and information. As well as updates that have happened in the past year since the 2024s first started coming out as a lot has hapoened in the car market in the past year. There are some minor differences between the RAV4s in each of our markets around the world, and this video is U.S. based but a large percentage of you watch from other countries so keep in mind regardless of year there’s minor difference and I will be focusing on the main points of this platform.

Found a 2024 RAV4 limited gas model that I couldn't pass up - barely 7 months old. Has everything except the panoramic roof. Same color as yours. One comment I will make though - the LED light in the cargo area kinda well, sucks. I may do some mods back there for better lighting. Other than that, seems pretty nice.

Hi AA, very good night review of your Rav. Thank you! I want to ask you what Rav4 trim is equivalent in features and equipment to the Forester Limited and Touring? I guess that what I'm asking you to do is a review of both side by side.I know that your Forester is a Premium and your Rav is an SE Hybrid, so they're not equivalent comparison, are they?

Are the low beam headlights just as illuminating without fog lights as the Subaru is with Fog lights?
I know manufacturers are cost cutting by not including fog lights stating that they are not needed due to advanced headlight design. I believe this to be false as the overseas versions of some of these vehicles have them. The black plastic area looks like something is missing and fog lights should be there.

I have a 2025 RAV 4 Hybrid XSE. I was wondering what the reasoning behind not having fog lights on the XSE is. Does anyone know?

does the 25 crv or rav4 have better headlights. I almost only drive at night and will get whichever has the better headlights

i just purchased this car. I'm not used to the bright headlights. Drivers keep flickering their lights at me thinking i have my high beams on. 😔

I think LED headlights should be standard or federally mandated as much as airbags, seatbelts, rearview cameras. They just make a world of difference at night specially for older people like me 😊
