7:11 The Ford Escape was not positioned correctly to turn left (it's in the middle of the intersection past the point where you'd turn) and it didn't have its indicators on. This Tesla driver wasn't behaving badly, the Ford driver was. If the Tesla wanted to get in front, it's plenty quick enough to have done so. They realised what was happening and did the right thing, slowed down to let the idiot stay in front.

As someone who’s dated two 911 operators, one was local PD and the other was state. I can confirm you don’t ever call “911” for a car accident unless someone is injured or it was a hit and run. You look up your local non emergency number and call that.
