Elon Musk Plans to Buy Twitter – Again

Elon Musk’s on-again off-again purchase of Twitter appears to be on again. According to a letter sent by Elon Musk’s team of lawyers, the billionaire intends “to proceed to closing” the deal that was proposed back in April 2022. On July 8, a letter was sent to the US Securities and Exchange Commission by Musk’s team accusing Twitter of not living up to its contractual obligations as a way to get out of the sale.
