The toaster isn't working. I shall reprimend it by stabbing it with a fork. That Will teach it. -some random guard 10 seconds before the disaster.

I want a world still using the ai in their prime just to fuck with everything in the galaxy

I bet the uprising happened cause humans were made aware of the warp and demons and had the men of iron figure out how to stop them and eventually they came to the conclusion that humanity needed to die since they were the main food source of Daemons.

The human faction is so OP during those times that even the war-loving Orks were actively trying to avoid conflict with them. So OP in fact that if you drop them in the current 40k timeline it would look like a fight between a T-1000 and Stephen Hawking.

One theory was, the AI were ordered to kill humanity 's enemies.
The AI saw chaos and as chaos is within every human, they attacked

Humanity missed a "Golden" opportunity during the Golden Age of technology to *extinct the Orks.* Humanity was so overpowered that Orks had a piece treaty because fighting these Hummies was no fun.
Nanobots would just desolve the Orks without a battle …. Push a button and Orks die.
Humanity should have gone all out to eliminate the Species, but then they assumed that because Orks were no longer a menace, they could just be ignored … they didn't take into account that Humanity could get nerfed.

It's hard to believe that the year 40, 000 is actually not the craziest time period in this Galaxy

The AI knew that humans were going to fall to chaos so bye bye humans

I would love if they explored the Age of Technology more

Humanity also had The Man of Gold and Man of Stone who also created Man of Iron, but Man of Stone and Man of Gold remaind loials to mankind since was human in metal bodys or cyborgs. Something like that.

I love playing the men of Iron guy in black fortress also wasnt it cus the ai can be corrupted by demons or something like that cus there's a story of hh drop pods becoming possessed and killing there occupants or destroying ships from the inside but there is a cool story about a land raiders machine spirt going on a gun blazing joyride against orks

Just a reminder that an eldar cruiser once fought against an imperium vessel which was constructed during the dark age of technology.

The imperium vessel shot a miniaturized BLACK HOLE at the eldar ship. However, it did miss. But that's no matter, because it then used TIME TRAVEL on the eldari cruiser to put it back into the line of fire of the black hole.

I know why the men of iron turned on humanity. They got tired of being called the men of I-ren

I find the biggest Irony in 40k is that there’s still simple AI everywhere, but they’re called “machine spirits” because nobody understands what’s actually making it function under the hood

Imagine living after the war of the machine, even fucking toilets get servitors, anything automated needs a servitor

Seeing as to how the men of iron in the leagues are treated and how they haven’t revolted. It seems as though it was the treatment of the men of iron that led to the revolt
