Cyberpunk 2077: Get 2x Epic Quickhack Crafting Specs Totally Free / No Effort!

This clip shows where the player can grab two free quickhack crafting specs for free. This is the netrunner shop that is located in Pacifica. There is a Jinguji jewelery box sitting on top of the neighboring shop (to the left of the netrunner shop). At the time of recording, my character was at level 50 (game version 2.11). I'm not sure if these crafting specs change their quality depending on the player's level or not.
