For me the brain fog and change in my patients tolerance has been the hardest. I certainly try not to speak in meetings to much as often I can’t find my worlds or it takes a bit for my mind to catch up with what I’m trying to express.

Fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, sleep disruption. It feels like a never ending list of issues… 😩

In addition to my HRT, I have added 30 mg of pregnalone (pure encapsulations) each day and it has really helped with brain fog and ability to recall words.

I lasted 3 nights with hot flashes until I was so tired I could not think straight . Called the doctor after night 3 . Put on a CombiPatch and was back to normal in about 4 or 5 days . Then added Vagifem for good measure 😊

Anxiety, specifically not comfortable taking business trips any longer. I used to travel all the time for business and now my peri anxiety stops me from doing so.

Ah, I had to go 10 weeks into surgical menopause and, ya, brutal. The hourly hot flashes sucked. The all night long night sweats were not pleasant. Insomnia, ah, I felt like napping at work. There was so much more too! The gyno oncologist cleared me for estrogen replacement and it started working within a week. I do need it tweaked cuz I still have baby hot flashes and night sweats. I'll kick my covers off at -35C cuz I'm roasting

Dr. Hirsch,

I love your content and the information you share, which is both utterly informative and absolutely invaluable!

However, in your most recent video, you specified that women, aged 45 to 55, are the 'secret sauce to society'.

However, your statement was rather inconsiderate of and insensitive towards women aged 55+ to 65+, who possess the knowledge, skills, abilities and wisdom who are still working and serving as the 'engine of today's workforce'.

These aforementioned women have paved the way for the 45 to 55 year old women and all of those who follow that are progressing towards or along the perimenooausal continuum, equally.

I know that you didn't intend to come across as being dismissive; yet, your specific comment was a slight towards women who are in the 55+ age group.

You are 'part of the solution' and the knowledge you impart to all of your subscribers is both educational and empowering.

I am hopefully optimistic that you will take my feedback into consideration. Thank you.
