Hello : I want you to please clarify something for me. I live here in the US over five years now. I am a lawful permanent resident. In 2023 April I filed in for my wife along with my two step kids as riders. During that period of time I was 4 years and couple of months. Now I’m over 5 years and want to apply for my US citizenship but the attorney who did my wife paperwork is saying that I should wait until my family come to the US before doing my citizenship. Now my fear is that, I don’t know the actual year my wife gonna be approved for visa and My green card will be expiring in 2028 . The attorney further told me that if I apply for my citizenship, that means I will have to re-file for my wife . Meaning I will be starting the process all over again. I need your thought on this please. Thanks!

Hello, I am a US citizen living in Korea for work and wanted to marry a foreigner from Indonesia. My fiance does not live in Korea, so is it possible for my fiance to still get US citizenship if I live abroad or would she have to live in the US alone for 3 to 5 years to be eligible to go through the naturalization process?

It is wrong to bring your foreign spouse to USA to be alone!

It can cause depression or anxiety! I attempted to commit suicide because of the culture shock while my husband is working for US military government!

He always leave me alone and I am unable to travel since he is not rich!!! On top of this is the travel documents in order to travel will take time!
