Disable shadows in settings.xml, it should give more performance boost

The solution for the problem is the ram and graphics card, minimum ram must be 4gb ram and atleast 2gb graphics card or 1gb graphics with minimum leftover size must be 150gb in the device.

I wasn't sure if I would be able to run GTA so I tried the pirated version to check. I ran the game at high settings with stable 30-40 fps so I bought the game. The original game lags even on low settings. Help!
