GTA 4 Vs. GTA 5 Cops

I really do miss the GTA 4 cops. You had to do way more to get stars and even then they'd be like, oh well. In GTA 5 though, it's on sight! GTA 5 doesn't give you any chances and is absolutely going to make you work to lose that wanted level.

The wanted level in GTA 5 is insane. I could be in the middle of nowhere and they still travel across the world to find me.

Cops: 3 stars(4 if one of them is a policeman, and give the stars right away if you hit the policeman first)
Hits 10 people on purpose+steals a car*
Cops: 1 star, but make it after you hit another 2 people
