I watched the coffee shop video just prior to this... it was just like #06 the don't move challenge, but instead of 30 minutes, it lasted an hour. I like these challenge videos far more than the usual gearhead stuff because it helps put an emphasis on technique and thinking, rather than just chasing down the next piece of hardware.
