Fun fact: James Spaders "Raymond Reddington" in the TV show "The Blacklist" portrays this kind of man in two ways, one with himself, he's the 3C's - Cool, Calm, Collective! But the director of "clandestine operations" AKA - C.I.A, portrayed by David Stratthairn (excuse spelling but he's the villain in Bourne identity movies) was loosely based on Richard Helms and that's why Red says "I know exactly who you are... and what you are" the thing is, these types of monsters are alongside our reality and I'm not gonna even start on the 95 "Nixon" movie that had helms in it portrayed by Sam Waterstone, Mr stone pushed the boat back then and even had people warn him that if he made helms look like this he'd pay for it and as a result (a great one considering helms wrath of power) was the scene was a "deleted scene" that made it in the directors cut!
