Being in the top 1% of realtors means that you make over 400K/year in GCI. And for you to do that, (if the average commission check is 8k) you’d have to sell about 50 homes/year or 1 home a week.

In regards to your comments about Real Estate commissions, Zillow has been offering a 1% commission to list a home, can you address this new reality of cut throat commissions from Zillow in one of your future videos. Seems they are doing everything they can to drive us out of business.
