Healthy Paneer Chat Recipe
Ingredients:

Green Chilli: 1 small (finely chopped, optional)
Coriander Leaves: A handful (chopped)
Lemon Juice: 1-2 tablespoons
Chaat Masala: 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Black Salt: A pinch (or regular salt, to taste)
Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh Mint Leaves: A few (optional, chopped)
Green Beans: A handful (blanched and chopped, optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Paneer:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the paneer cubes and dry roast them until they are slightly golden. You can use a little cooking spray if needed, but avoid too much oil.
Mix the Vegetables:

In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomato, onion, and green chilli (if using).
Add Paneer:

Add the roasted paneer cubes to the bowl with vegetables.
Season:

Add the chaat masala, black salt, cumin powder, and lemon juice.
Mix everything gently.
Garnish:
