Satvik Movement spends over $87, 686 or 72 lakhs in a year on ads promoting their Satvik Movement Diet. They are a brand, and use marketing strategies like adverts like any commercial brand.

These videos are their advertisements.

I admire their business acumen and a lot of good info they share. BUT their diets DO NOT work for every one. I have clients who have suffered serious consequences. These are intelligent educated people.

I am an Ayurvedic Doctor...what she is saying is true.. some points of satvic movement are really useful but for daily basis ..you should do what our ancestors says ... because basic fundamentals will never change in human body

My sugar levels came down from 500 to normal only by eating satvic food and zero medication. My endocrinologist had no explanation but only amazed. My 3 months sugar report is below 5 .. random reading between 95 to 110 .. only by satvic food.. we can make a thousand videos analysis their reels.. but each person they serve stand a testimony

Too much raw food is not good for everyone, Satvik or not, doesn’t matter. I don’t follow any diet blindly, listen to your body and apply diet principles that go well with your own personal digestion fire.

I tell you my personal experience my body type is kapha in nature and since childhood when i used to eat any cold nature fruit like guava or banana i used to fall ill and when i started following satvic movement and there diet plans or simply there detox process miracle happens to me like my body was kapha in nature but now after detox and everything i can freely eat anything any fruit and my body don't react in a wrong way but it nourishes the system from within ❤thankyou 😊

1.They have mentioned when to have such detox juices and when to have nourishing juices.. it is her satvic diet and not ours. So one can choose which juice to have in the mornings.
2. They suggest us to have such dinners before 7 and soupy dinners after 7.
3. They have mentioned all the pros and cons and what our body type requires and the vast difference between requirements of two different bodies..
4. She is sharing her satvic diets and at Satvic programs, we get to make our own diet plan.

you are sooo right about ashgourd juice. I tried this 3 times in my life after watching satvic movement videos and i got severe cough and mild fever even in summers. after that i thought of ignoring this detox juice for life

Even though I have basic understanding of Ayurveda, still I could tell that Satvic movement's diet plans aren't ayurvedic and fit for all body types. It might work for some who are compatible with their diet, but not for everyone.

All of a, sudden there's so much rage in diets past 15 years I feel food shld be our prime focus depending on age, place, environment, culture and more over enjoyable. I remember we had perfect Indian food delicacies 20 yrs back and we're so happy even just with khichidi dalrice roti sabzi and we're healthy too guys don't go strictly on striking diets just experiment self and enjoy the food sometimes junk is fine too.. make food pleasant experience rather than stress ...

The Satvic movement channel is not problematic in itself; however, the concern arises from their presentation of vegan and other diets as Satvic food. This presentation is misleading since they omit Satvik elements like milk and honey. Moreover, they avoid using oil or clarified butter in their recipes, claiming it to be Satvik. However, the true Satvik diet doesn't prohibit the use of milk, Honey, cold-pressed oil or clarified butter. Therefore, it's suggested that they reconsider renaming the channel instead of misleading viewers with the current label while promoting vegan food. . They need to rebrand channel name yo Satvik Vegan food

So true! I always had the same doubts in mind like having gourd juice etc is not for everyone..likeme who have heavy kapha dosh. She just gives a one size fit all diet which can never be ayurvedic as it works according to the sosha types.
What she is following is a raw uncooked diet as prevalent in an institution in USA from where she studied and has mis termed it as Ayurvedic without any contradictions.

First let people know what is healthy as well as tasty appealing to eye..
Everyone cant work and opt for perfect food..as its dependent on total sense control..i think saatvik is doing best job in the world selflessly to promote safe health..ppl just cant follow total ayurveda from fast foods which are tasty..
Saatvik is giving gastronomic delight first attracting masses and they are imparting wonderful wisdom..about food and lifestyle ..so we all should encourage and help each other for the holidtic health of everyone than criticising..thankyou

She is true, im a kapha dominant person. After having the ashgourd juice for a week, i got into great trouble. Until first week i did not have any issues. After a week, i got severe asthma, chest congestion which took months to cure. They say adding pepper power would not cause cold, but its not actually the fact. Raw breakfast also did not support my body type.
