Your garage shop was nice, but the move to your separate building is stellar! You not only have a great building but are adding assets that will improve productivity and profit 👊 That system is way cool!

I own so much from Dino, and to have you two together was great to see! Great video, great showcase of some new innovations coming out for our field, and now I have to give him some more of money!

For a small shop that doesn't build a lot of frames regularly. The price point and the little floor space required is very attractive. Thanks for the information.

Great demo! I bought the Vacpad Woodshop System few months back. Great product and a very affordable alternative to the now discontinued Festool Vac Sys.

I almost skipped this video ? Spencer I just don’t hv the room however like most that work from my house ( converted garage) and my van I build one cabinet at a time and either store here or deliver and go back. So adding a beautiful clamping table would not be productive cause I would hv to build on my roof. But the added really great tools like the scribe, and light, coping sled are great !
Once again hat tip, Thk U Spencer!

Excellent use of off the shelf pneumatic components. I highly recommend incorporating flow controls on the cylinder advance at the minimum. Ease it in there nice and gentle, will reach full pressure over a second instead of instantly.

Keep up the great work

I developed a similar pneumatic system on my CNC which clamps wood to a corner clamp. It’s great for production runs and use it all the time to quickly swap boards and repeat job. The only time I use two sided tape is when I’m cutting completely through the stock so pieces don’t fly out. The air is hooked up to a foot pedal or throttle and clamp sits on back end past where the gantry reaches. All I have to do is place scraps between clamp until it reaches material. A couple of pneumatic clamps with hoses, foot pedal and lines only cost me $80.

I came late to the clam clamp party. Now I’m glad I did.

I worked in the cabinet industry (3rd largest cabinet manufacturer in the world at the time)for years and all of our frames were pocket holes and assembled on this type of table. I’d been in supervision for 12 years and built cabinets on the side. One of the owners approached me about buy an older one he had as it was being replaced. He knew I did cabinets on the side and offered it to me for $1000 I bought it immediately!!! It was 5x8 and all steel. (At the time it wasn’t a consumer product and all and sold for over 10, 000 new. Absolutely great concept
