This triggered a memory I tried to forget. I've always been insecure about my thick legs and I've done the same thing abby does in this video, not only in my legs but also in my arms and belly. It's not normal to feel that bad about your own body and that is something I have understood throughout the years. It doesn't matter how you look like or how much you weigh, we are humans and humans are not meant to look the same or reach other people's standards. If someone else is having issues accepting their body please give them courage to start appreciating themselves. The search for self-love is a journey that has different lengths for each person, in my case it was a long journey to reach it, but with support, courage and love everything can be done! Awareness thing for body dysmorphia even if your skinny, fat, thick you still find something about your body that’s bad. It makes you think you’re uglier than you actually are that’s what body dysmorphia is.
