Hi Jess! Could you do a video about the benefits of a raw diet for cats with diabetes? I recently adopted a cat with diabetes and the vet said he’ll need insulin for the rest of his life and need to eat prescription wet and dry food and fancy feast. He’s almost off the dry food now and I’ve been giving him better wet food along with his prescription wet food because the shelter gave me a ton of that and fancy feast. Before I adopted him I did some research about diabetes and found that raw is the best option for diabetic cats because it’s high in protein and low in carbs and has all the good stuff and none of the bad which is exactly what diabetic cats need. At the shelter he always had a bowl full of dry food and some wet food so I’m hoping the transition to to raw will make his diabetes go into remission. I love your videos! Been subscribed since 2021

Hello. Could anybody help me, my boy has always eaten the Instinct Raw Frozen, about 3 months ago I’ve been trying to switch him to Steve Quest Raw frozen and he does not like it on its own. The only way he will eat it if I mix it with canned food or a good amount of freezes dried liver. If I put more of Steve’s than anything else he would rather starve…. And it’s been about 3 months I am not sure how to get it to like it on its own

What do you do if your cat only wants to eat treats? She begs for them CONSTANTLY and will throw up her regular food out of pure spite. It gets so frustrating :/

Hi Jess!
I have a question regarding the VIVA raw food: It is not complete and balanced as they recommend adding Alnutrin to it, however, their blends contain muscle meats including heart, liver as one secreting organ, and bones in the adequate ratio. From your point of view, why is that not complete? What is missing? A second secreting organ and fish oil? I couldn't think of anything else.

I'm thinking about giving a try to this brand since I don't want to continue with raw paws. Thanks for the video and happy holidays to you and Jericho! :)

I ordered a two week trial of the Viva and so far my cats like it. The only problem is the chicken, it’s way to soupy . I know in your Viva video you said to adjust the liquid with bird recipes . Do you have any tips ? How little of water can be used when mixing the alnutrin ?
