In this video I test out my Hercules 12 volt drill driver and compare it to a budget Hart tools and a brushless Skil brand drill.

That is exactly why I use them light and feels really nice to hold.

The tool community is sleeping in Bosch's 12v set. Super light, strong, reliable, ergonomic... Great price.

You're right on the money, the 12v definitely has its purpose, I use my Hercules drill/impact about 70% of the time over the 20v since I got them. I do wish the heads on the 12v drill/impact were smaller, to get into tighter spaces they're almost as big as the 20v.

Building a fence or deck I'm grabbing the 20v, boring holes with a anything other than a high speed drill bit 20v is the way to go. But putting together cabinets, furniture, fixing small things around the house without stripping out screws 12v for the win.

I’m interested in seeing a little bit of all the Hercules line. Harbor Freight seems to be putting their money where their mouth is with the new warranty and impact wrenches.

I’ve been happy with some of my Hercules 12v tools but I haven’t bought the drill it just looks low quality and is one of the things I wish they upgraded many brushless and a metal chuck so I just went with Milwaukee impact and drill

Hercules 20v stuff is excellent. 12v is complete ass. If they want to compete in this class, they need a total overhaul of the line. Smaller stuff with some ass behind a brushless motor would be a perfect place to start.
