I feel like fighting The Rolling Giant is possible at least for a while, you can lift it and slam it then simply rip it apart before some really crazy paranormal stuff happens.

This thing solely relies on ramming while a human could do several things to counter and demolish the physical form.

If you look closely at the end of the episode, the wheels the giant was on before, lean at the wall after the horse corps flashed in. Also this thing had no probling spinning in a slow pace threw a wall. So i guess it would had allowed wyatt to push him over, just to mess with him.
