Do regular mods go in the OpenIV mods folder, or straight into the game folder's mod folder? Are all the linked files mandatory? The Packfilelimitadjuster is being blocked as a virus.

Just says “error: openiv don’t have access to to work with gta5.exe file you can set required permissions or run openivwith administrator rights
